How to Order
Xtreme Motorworks can process your orders in the following manner:
We are a small after hours business that operates on nights and weekends.
We work full time jobs also and can not take calls during the day, but feel free
to contact us from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm Monday thru Saturday.

Print and Mail Method
1. Complete your shopping by adding parts to the cart.
2. You can check out and pay via paypal or credit card or send a check or money order with a printout of your shopping cart.
3. Mail it to us with a check to our business office at:

Paypal

Credit Card

2. Click the option: Credit card or direct cash payment by PayPal

1. Shipping cost is based on a units summary cost.

All orders processes outside of the continental 50 states, will be charged exact shipping charges.

Canada: We will sell to Canada. You are responsible for contacting us and making sure what you order fits your tractor.
Returns from Canada are charged a 25% restocking fee and you must pay shipping back to Xtreme Motorworks.
You must get an approval prior to sending it back to us.
Xtreme Motorworks has the right to reject or not process an order for any reason. Ordering party will be notified.
If a part ordered is on back order, ordering party will be notified.
In our effort to increase our customer service, we have summarized many
of our Terms and Conditions. Please read before ordering!! If you have any questions
about these terms, call us. We'd love to hear from you.
All domestic orders take from to 1-5 business days for us to process before we ship.
All product is built to order - with all the parts to build your order sitting on the shelf.
Some require little prep while some require extensive welding and prep.
While most order ship out the next day, we do take up to 5 business days to ship.
If you need something guaranteed to ship out when you place the order, call us, and we can try to accommodate you.
Due to the proliferation of online fraud, packages cannot be rerouted mid-delivery, nor can they be held at UPS stations.
We collect sales tax when we ship to Minnesota addresses.
If using PayPal, please be aware that we will only ship to the address listed in your PayPal account.
Additionally, it must be an address that PayPal confirms as "OK to Ship".

We do NOT sell to resellers. If you are a reseller and you order from us,
we reserve the right not to ship your order out. Our prices are for end users only.
Resellers, we do our research - please contact us if you would like to become a reseller.
Our exchange policy is 10 days from when you receive the unit.
For returns, there is 20% restock fee only for unused merchandise.
Used merchandised will not be credited once recieved by Xtreme Motorworks.
We do not pay for your shipping back to us, but we will pay to ship the exchange out to you.
You are responsible to make sure that the part will fit your tractor. There are a lot of variations out there.
If a mistake is made in a product or a product was shipped to you by accident that does not match the description - Xtreme Motorworks
reserves the right to try to make it right. If we can not make it right - we will go as far as refund your whole
purchase price for the said product in question. If return of payment is applied back to the customer and the customer "spreads degrading information"
about Xtreme Motorworks in ANY way and Xtreme Motorworks has proof that the matter was tried to be resolved - Xtreme Motorworks
reserves the right to prosecute against the customer for damages.
All products listed as NEW, are indeed NEW IN BOX items.
We do not list items as NEW and ship REFURBISHED items, unless LISTED as so.
